Cancellation Policy – Sarah Discoveries
At Sarah Discoveries, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while allowing us to maintain the quality of our tours and services.
1. Cancellation by the Client
If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:
30 days or more before departure: Full refund of the total booking amount (excluding any transaction or processing fees).
15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.
2. Non-Refundable Elements
Some parts of your booking may be non-refundable due to third-party policies, including but not limited to:
Accommodation reservations
Transportation (domestic or private transfers)
Special activities or guided experiences
These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation by Sarah Discoveries
In rare situations, Sarah Discoveries may need to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
Severe weather conditions
Safety or security concerns
Insufficient number of participants
In such cases, you will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule your tour for a later date
4. No-Show Policy
If a client does not arrive on the scheduled departure date without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
5. Changes to Bookings
We understand flexibility is important:
Changes requested at least 15 days before departure may be accommodated, subject to availability.
Changes requested within 15 days of departure may incur additional fees.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during booking.
